When you apply for a job or when you email or write to us or telephone us, you may provide (and we may collect) information such as your name, email address, postal mailing address, home/mobile telephone number or other personal information (hereinafter “Personal Information”) when using the Site. If you respond to a job posting on the Careers page of our Website, you will be asked to create an account and submit your email address, resume or LinkedIn Profile, attachments you would like to provide MCR, contact information including address, telephone numbers, how you heard about us, referral sources and optional self-identification fields used for compliance with governmental regulations and record keeping. Such information is only processed by MCR after you provide consent for the specific purpose of being considered for employment by MCR.
Small Business Outsourcing
If you have a small business and think your services may be of use to MCR, you can submit information about your company to MCR on the Small Business page of our Website using the Company Profile Form which requests the following information about your company: company name, address, phone, point of contact, email address, DUNS number, CAGE Code, business size, contracts you are interested in, opportunities your business wants to pursue, corporate qualifications and any other information you choose to voluntarily submit. Such information is only processed by MCR after you provide consent for the specific purpose of being considered as a small business partner by MCR.
Cookies, Automatically Collected Information and Third Party Data Collection
Our Website does not have cookies, does not include automatically collected information or third party data collection.
How We Use the Information We Collect
We may use the information we obtain about you when you visit the Site for various purposes, including to:
• Process, evaluate, and respond to your requests and inquiries;
• Administer your requests about careers at MCR, small business partnering, or any other requests you submit to MCR;
• Process data to enable us to respond to your submitted requests;
• Give you access to your user profile;
• To comply with and fulfill the obligations under any commercial agreement we have with you or the entity with which you are employed or contracted.
We retain Personal Information only for so long as it is necessary or relevant to fulfill the above-mentioned purposes or comply with applicable law, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems or assist with investigations.

Transfers Outside the EU
