As a support contractor since 1977, we have always trained our own
people on the basics, the constantly changing standards and procedures,
and state-of-the-art tools. Our instructors bring real-world experience to
the classroom. They average more than 15 years' experience in their fields,
and they regularly use what they are teaching to produce client
deliverables. Course materials are based on both government standard
practices and the work our experts have performed on hundreds of
projects to budget, manage, and track programs for the Department of
Defense, civilian agencies, and industry. These training materials are built
not as textbooks, but as how-to manuals.
Scheduling and Locations
Courses range from half-day to three days. They are scheduled at your convenience and are typically
delivered in your facility or at a nearby classroom. Additionally, we offer external training through tutorials presented at various seminars, conferences, and symposia that are held regularly throughout the year by
professional organizations.
Customization
To prepare your employees to assume more responsibility, prior to teaching a course, we spend time learning
about the specific requirements and challenges your programs face and your staff's knowledge level. This
allows us to make sure each course covers:
