Acquisition Support drives the program to capability delivery. Key management decisions need to be made in an environment which considers the performance requirements, evaluation of the program, and the supportability features necessary to field the system and ensure that it can be used in the intended environment. These core technical functions have a direct affect on the solutions and products from the program. Establishing a comprehensive configuration management and control process ensures that all elements of your program are consistently moving towards a common objective. MCR’s outstanding technical support in specialty engineering disciplines (including logistics) increases confidence in the execution of the program. While EVM allows for the tracking of business performance, only formal test and evaluation efforts can prove that the program’s operating performance objectives will be met.
